For men who want to be wanted. Today's edition has landed.
Many men past forty want the look across the table back, the pull toward the bedroom at the end of an evening, and to feel sure of themselves with her. Show Up is a daily brief that talks about exactly that, in plain words, next to a short pelvic-floor routine on the mat. Eight men read the same brief each morning. One of them is your accountability partner, and he sees when your tick is in.
Today: 4 min to read, 6 min on the matFor iOS and Android
Tuesday's brief, item by item
One brief arrives at 06:30. Today it has six items: two to read, three for the mat, one question for the circle.
-
Read
The pelvic floor, in a paragraph
1 minA sling of muscle at the base of the pelvis, running front to back. A Kegel is a squeeze and lift of it, the same muscles used to stop mid-stream, held for a count and then let go completely.
-
Mat
Counted low breath
1 minIn through the nose for 4, letting the belly rise. Out through the mouth for 6. Six rounds, before any holds.
-
Mat
Seated tall, 10 holds
3 minEdge of a firm chair, feet flat and hip-width apart, hands on the thighs. On the out-breath, squeeze and lift for 3 seconds, release for 3. Shoulders and glutes stay slack.
-
Mat
90/90 hip switch
2 minSitting on the floor with both knees bent at right angles, one leg in front, one to the side. Tip both knees over to the other side and back, slowly, 10 times each way.
-
For the two of you
The propped recline
2 minShe lies back against two pillows; he lies along her side, propped on one elbow. Faces close, nobody holding their weight up, a pace that is easy to keep or slow. Today's note covers pillow height and the blanket within reach.
-
Circle
Today's question
1 lineWhen did you last catch her looking at you across the table? One line is enough. The circle reads the answers after 18:00.
How a brief moves through the day
Each step is small on purpose. They sit in the order a normal day already runs.
- 106:30
The brief lands
One notification. The two reading items take about 4 minutes, with coffee or on the commute.
- 2Before noon
6 minutes on the mat
The in-app timer counts holds and rests out loud. The posture changes daily: on the back, seated, standing, hips lifted, low squat.
- 3Right after
One tap to tick it
Your accountability partner sees the tick. If neither of you has ticked by 20:00, both get a nudge to message the other.
- 418:00
The circle's answers appear
Eight one-line replies to the day's question, first names only. Reading them is optional.
- 521:00
Live room, 25 minutes
A host leads the floor work in real time. Cameras are off unless switched on. Thursdays cover ways to be together, explained by comfort and pace.
Four minutes to read. Six on the floor. One tap so a partner knows.
The whole daily ask of a Show Up membership. The floor work, posture by posture
Every pelvic routine in the app uses one of these postures, with breath, hip mobility and core work alongside.

-
On the back, knees bent
Feet flat, arms by the sides. The first posture of every new member. Ten holds of 3 seconds.
-
Seated tall
Edge of a chair, feet hip-width. Doable at a desk or on a train seat without anyone noticing.
-
Standing at the counter
Hands resting on a kitchen counter, knees soft. Each hold paired with a slow breath out.
-
Hips lifted off the mat
The bridge: from the back, press through the heels and raise the hips, squeeze at the top, lower one vertebra at a time.
-
Low squat
Heels flat or on a folded towel, elbows inside the knees. Thirty seconds of breathing, then holds.
The circle runs the same posture on the same day, so the live room and the partner messages all talk about one routine at a time.
Your circle, your partner, the live room
The brief is the same for every member. What changes is who reads it with you.
-
A circle of eight
Matched by age range and time zone. A shared feed of ticks and one question a day.
-
Accountability partner
One man from the circle. You each see the other's tick, and a message thread sits between you.
-
Shared 14-day blocks
Every other Sunday the circle starts a block together, with one added hold per week and a grid of ticks everyone can see.
-
Live room
21:00 most weekdays. Floor work led live, then questions in the chat. A partner at home can sit in.
-
Topics for the two of you
Desire, saying what you want out loud, planning an evening, comfortable ways to lie together after a long day.
Why they signed up, in their words
-
Martin showed me the Thursday schedule and asked if I'd sit next to him for the session on comfortable ways to lie together. I stayed for the whole 25 minutes. Nobody was on camera, and the host talked to us like adults.
Rosa Lindqvist, partner of a member -
I wanted something I would actually open every morning. A short read with coffee, then a tick that one other man can see. That second part is the reason I signed up.
Joel Barros, member -
At 52 I didn't want a forum. Eight men, one question a day, first names only. That felt like something I could manage.

Pick a billing period
Every plan includes the daily brief, the full floor library, a circle, an accountability partner and the live room. Each one starts with a free trial.
Invite code ARRIVE is attached to this order.
No charge during the free trial: 3 days on Monthly, 7 days on Every 3 months and Yearly. On the day the trial ends, the card on file is billed the price on the selected row ($9.99, $24.99 or $69.99), and that price repeats automatically every month, every 3 months or every year. Cancelling in the app's account settings before the trial ends means nothing is billed; cancelling later stops the next renewal. Cancellation can also be handled by contacting us — [email protected]

Days to decide it isn't for you
Within 45 days of the first charge, one email asks for the refund. No form and no reason needed. The full amount goes back to the card or account that paid.
Practical questions
Do I have to post in the circle?
No. Ticks are shared automatically; answering the daily question is optional. Members appear by first name only, and cameras in the live room stay off unless switched on.
Can my partner take part?
She can sit in on any live room from your account. The Thursday sessions are planned with couples in mind and cover ways to be together by comfort and pace.
What happens when a morning gets skipped?
The brief stays in the feed until the next one lands at 06:30. Your partner sees an empty tick for that day and nothing else.
